This is one of many times we’ve stayed at Sheraton Surabaya, and this visit was extra special as we celebrated my beloved wife’s birthday. Sheraton never fails to deliver an exceptional staycation experience for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable, customer service was excellent across the board—from hotel to restaurant staff—and we truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary cake. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, while the gym was fully equipped and a great bonus for those wanting to stay active during their stay. Dining at Bromo Restaurant, as always, was a culinary highlight. One of the biggest added values is the hotel’s unbeatable location and direct access to Tunjungan Plaza. It makes shopping or finding a bite to eat incredibly convenient, especially for families or anyone on a short getaway. We can’t wait to come back for our next staycation. It feels like you are in a big Nusa Dua Hotel in Bali. We love the very big and well-maintained garden, the infinity pool, the greenery, the gazebo, all are superb. They have Tukik (baby turtles) release programme 2x a day, excellent to raise awareness on sealife. The foods during breakfast have lots of selection, and they offer local foods and sweets as well. All taste good. We will come back to stay here if we are in the BWI area.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Staffs are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant beside the hotel and close to laundry service. I like this hotel very much
