Before canceling your booking, please check whether your booking is refundable. Simply open your e-ticket, tap Refund, and then Policy.
To cancel and request a refund for your booking, please follow these steps:
1. Go to My Booking. Choose the booking that you wish to cancel. Scroll down to the Manage Booking section and tap Refund.
2. Tap Read Policy to read the refund policy and find out your Refund Amount Estimation based on your refund reason. Tap Continue.
3. Select the flight you wish to cancel and tap Continue. Tap Select Reason and choose the reason relevant to you and tap Save. Tap Select Passenger and tick the passenger(s) you wish to cancel. Tap Specify Refund Reason, select the relevant reason, and tap Save. Tap Continue.
4. Review your refund details and tap Submit Refund. Then, tap Yes, Continue to confirm that all your details are correct. Confirm your Traveloka account by tapping Submit to send the verification code to your registered mobile number. Enter your verification code and tap Verify.
