DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown

My daughter and I visited Toronto for the Lady Gaga concert in mid-September. We really enjoyed the location of this hotel as we could walk most places. We were very happy with the service - extremely so. After being up in the middle of the night for our flight, we were able to check in early to our room and were given warm, delicious cookies which we thoroughly enjoyed! We really appreciated being able to rest a little bit and freshen up before exploring the nearby Kensington Market area. Our check out on Sunday was smooth, we were able to stow our luggage with the concierge as our flight was in the early evening. The concierge then arranged a ride to the airport for a flat fee which was very easy and appreciated. One thing that I would have liked is a Google Chromecast or Firestick for the TV to watch something from a streaming service. Other than that, highly recommend!

Wonderful staff that were personable and professional. Room is very comfortable, bathrooms, a little off with the shower, and the towel quality but overall quite good.

Just used the hotel to sleep. But conveniently located to nearby attractions and public transportation. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms.

Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!
