The airport shuttle was a little confusing for me. I understood S3, but Quality Inn did send me the correct post to meet at which was F3. My phone connection wasn't very good with the driver, and I thought I heard him say S3. That area also is designated for Hotel Shuttle pickups, so I thought I was in the right area. No worries, my mistake. Shuttle driver was patient with me and I did get picked up once I went up a level to F3. The check-in was quick and it was a long day of traveling, so the short stay was well needed. During check-in, I asked about getting a bag lunch/breakfast as I would be leaving before 7 am. I was told that there would be some hot food prepared by 6:45 (shuttle departure time), but all I could get was some fruit loops in baggy that I had. The yogurt and drinks were still locked up. I asked a couple of times if there was anything, and I was just directed to the cereal dispenser. Luckily I had some leftover food that I could eat on the bus back to Kingston.

Great shuttle service to and from the airport, hotel was very clean with an excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were very personable and provided excellent customer service. Restaurants Kelsey's and Montana's were a short 5 min walk away.

The shuttle trip to the hotel was not great. The van was in poor shape (dirty, broken seat belts, etc.) The driver was not careful (threw bags, closed the door on a passenger’s leg, talked on his handheld phone while driving, tailgated, sped). The trip back to the airport was considerably better.

my only issue was with the shower ,the handle just spins but if you press it a bit you feel it catch,just means some of the teeth in the plastic handle are worn out and the tub drain did not seal , to me these are small issues but might not be for others , they have the best pillows

We were only there for a short time, checking in at 1:30 a.m.. Although the room was adequate and clean, the property in general needs a serious update. Hall carpets and elevator needed vacumning and cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was cold. This property served as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but would not recommend any lengthy stay.
