Internet was fast. Radiators quiet quiet for an older hotel. Fantastic and helpful front desk staff. Helpful maintenance staff. Tv channel offerings were not great The nearby restaurants were a little tricky to get to. You have to cross wet snowy leafy hotel property, then cross car dealers parking lots.

Beds were comfortable and clean but the property itself - hallways, flooring etc were quite worn. Appreciated that when the airport shuttle was full they offered taxi service instead. All in all a fine option to grab a few hours of sleep before the next flight but nothing fancy at all.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Never really had any issues. You get what you pay for. This time we booked two rooms to attend a concert so trying to keep within a budget. One room had no issues. Room two I don't think was even cleaned before we went. Sheets had blood on them and when asked to be changed the new sheets were just thrown on bed for us to make outselves. Bugs in the same room. Black hair in the bed and around tub. Not a very good experience.

Airport shuttle wasn’t available to pick us up at the airport. Hotel room wasn’t clean and overall is quite rundown. Shuttle in the morning left late after reserving a time the night before. Breakfast was fine. I wouldn’t book another stay at this location.

The heater in the room was not working during my stay and I reported the issues to stuff and they responded quickly. However the stuff tried to fix the issue but not working and advised me they will find out the reason and come back to me later. After that, no one came back to solve this issue and the room was very cold in the November that I slept with my sweater and thermo legging. They even did not mention bring me more blankets as a solution if the heater cannot be fixed that day or switch me to another room if available. Anyway, the only good services they offered is the shuttle bus service and drivers are friendly and patient.

I booked 7 rooms and had to pay a security deposit on each rooms with no exception whatsoever even though I was not told about security deposit when booking and the front desk staff would not allow us in any of the rooms until all security deposit was paid no leniency was given

We checked in late by 10.05 pm and still the room wasn’t ready. Originally our check in time was 3pm. We had already informed them about the late check in, to which they agreed. When we went there at 10pm they informed us that the room isn’t ready as they are short on staff. We then requested to keep our bags so that we can atleast go out for some food but they said they don’t have any such area to keep any luggage. So we had to wait for 20-25 minutes. Once the room was ready we had to call the front desk as the washroom wasn’t cleaned and had red stains. No apology from the hotel’s side and we were still charged the full price for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing.
