One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the centre of London. Fantastic location straight out onto Oxford St, immaculately clean, air con better than 7* hotel in Dubai. Immaculate breakfast room with constantly replenished hot and cold buffet foods, which was all nice and fresh with great choice of foods. Very friendly staff had a great stay can’t wait to co e back to London and stay again and stay longer.

Great location, executive lounge really useful if you have a room that gives you access. The downsides are that even though we had the superior apartment there was a terrible view of the courtyard which was just looking into other hotel rooms. This means you have to keep your net blinds or curtains closed for privacy. The hotel is also very tired in places, lots of marks to the wooden features and scuffs and marks in the room.

Very large hotel and very busy took a while to check in . Got to room and air con not going - had fans in room - nit suitable in heatwave , but they were good and changed our room and upgraded. Bar prices so expensive

Rooms clean, approachable staff Aircon failure in bedroom so compensation given in food and drink voucher. Only other down side was fridge not working very hot weekend so could not keep drinks cold n refeshed

All the staff were really lovely, from checking in to leaving our luggage for a couple of hours, great that there is a Starbucks on property, and again the staff were great. The location is brilliant close to tube. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you

This hotel has an excellent location. Jim is small but functional. Booking a room with included access to the executive suite is a very nice bonus, be happy hour and breakfast options were very good.

Air conditioning did not work, shower was scalding. Extra bed was not made up no bedding available in room, telephone didn’t work after one use. Took us over an hour to get a fan, bedding & Pillows. Reception staff on return from Hyde Park were shocking. Luckily a member of staff Hassan was incredibly helpful getting everything we required.
