I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful staycation with my family at Mason Pine Hotel, and I'd like to share our thoughts on the experience. Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The Hotel looked exactly like the picture, spacious, comfy and very clean. The staff was very helpful and very professional. This was second time our family stayed at this hotel. Will stay again soon

The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

A nice and comfortable hotel, our family is also very comfortable staying at the hotel, the swimming pool is also clean, and the facilities are complete.
