Great hospitality and hygiene, new hotel (2019), located just beside the most prominent shopping mall in Pontianak, value for money. just for improvements: many of the important products they offered are not visible easily, such as rapid test antigen, car/driver rentals, etc. Those are very good products, but not informed to the customers.

There were some spider web on their room 's ceiling and mold in the bathroom wall. The furnitures a little bit dusty. The bathroom water was not host at all.

The hotel is in the center, so it has a strategic location for my business purposes. The room ambiance is top-notch! The food was also delicious, with many to choose from. Personally, I think the chair in the bedroom is a little bit short from the table. I looked for a hand towel, but I found none. It is no big deal. I used my bath towel or tissue after using the sink. This was a pleasant experience to stay. I will come again for sure.

Booked 2 room. Requested for a connecting room, then got it as per my request. The condition of both room are very different, like one is so ready to welcoming guest while the other one looks like haven't been clean up after the previous guest left. This is not what I expected from harris hotel remembering harris hotel have a quite good reputation within Indonesia.
