One word to describe this hotel: awesome😊. - early check in and upgrade room from deluxe to suite, thanks a lot mba rahma, very nice to have you in front office to welcome us. ☺. - baby crib prepared as requested☺. - spacious room and complete amenities. - great activities for kids such as pool, kids club, bunny park. And there's games for kids too at pool. - delicious food. - super clean toilet. - the staff are friendly and helpful. They helped me to volume up the floaties and my late check out. - delicious food. We would recommend this hotel to stay for vacation. And surely we'll be back. Thanks a lot discovery hotel ancol😊😇

Great Hotel clean and big, nice facility for kid,room size is big but bathroom just too small, the blanket is worn and have bloodstain. food taste order from resto is good for taste, price and portion. breakfast is just fine. Pool is big and kids friendly and very clean as well, but there are mosquitoes around so you need to protect your kids with mosquito lotion. Parking lot is good easy access to the hotel. overall was good experiences

I think the management was smart enough to had a s****d idea to move breakfast to ballroom and ask people to join eating in a 10 chairs ballroom wedding idea!

Big stains on bed sheet and pillowcases. Looks like it hasn't been replaced. Toiletries are not complete, slippers and room amenities are also not available. Access to enter the hotel is too far and makes it difficult for hotel guests. Very disappointing for a relatively expensive price

Come check in at 4 which should be at 3, the deluxe king room is full. Eits, but the management immediately upgraded to premiere, free. Really good. Complete children's entertainment area, large swimming pool with guard for children. The children are very happy here, the breakfast is delicious and varied. Wow, top service, yes from the hotel. Recommended for staycations.

The hotel is very kids friendly. There are only a few rooms that don't use the view of an empty building (like it's part of the parking building). I was on the 3rd floor at that time (forgot which room number). Nice swimming pool and facilities, really good breakfast. Will see you again, discovery!

Apart from the check-in problem, which doesn't seem ready to face a surge in guests, so you have to wait for the room for hours without any attention from the front desk management, everything else is really, really clean. Friendly.
