Amazing hotel! My husband and I are so impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the room. Not to mention this hotel is located in a strategic location.

I always book Hotel Fave Surabaya for my guests from Jakarta, and they love it. The location is super practical for West Surabaya and just minutes from Pakuwon Mall. Initially, I pressed the wrong date, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, thank God I was able to check in on the correct date, without any charges whatsoever. The service from the owner and staff was incredibly good, fast response, the accommodation was very good, comfortable and complete. Excellent choice for a stay in Surabaya. The location is superb with direct access to Pakuwon Mall, and the rooms are quiet and cozy.
