Citrus Hotel is very good hotel in JB. All of the front office team are very polite & welcome the visitors.

The hotel receptionist actually share with me some knowledge of nearby must go places of interest and even offered to help search for places I wanted to go. Very friendly. The room is huge and comfortable

It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.
