Highly recommended for those traveling to Surabaya. Thank God, I stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities. The AC was cool and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay. Next time I go to SBY, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully, there will be continuous evaluations to provide the best again. Thank you.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious enough for the price, and the bed was large, making it comfortable for kids. There were so many breakfast options, it was overwhelming, hehe. Some were delicious, some were so-so, but it was still worth it. The location is truly strategic, in the middle of the city, close to malls and hangout/snack spots along the street in front of the hotel. I'll definitely come back here again.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Breakfast offers many delicious varieties. Overall a great experience!
