I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was truly special staying at Four Points Tunjungan Surabaya. At breakfast, staff member Kak Ros asked what I wanted to eat. I said rawon, and it turned out it was specially prepared just for me, even delivered to my room. Even when I was leaving, they brought me snacks for my trip. Whenever I'm in Surabaya, I always stay at Four Points Tunjungan. Since 2018, it's been consistently good, and it's even better, making me feel at home.

An affordable hotel with excellent service and cleanliness. I checked in late at night and was still very well-served, getting the non-smoking room I had booked. When I wanted to extend my stay for another night, the staff was also very responsive and helpful, allowing me to stay in the same room. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The plumbing didn't smell at all. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
