I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Overall, everything is satisfactory.. The staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the water heater is quite good, the AC is cold. Right across from TP, although it turns out you have to go to the pedestrian bridge first. If you are lazy to cross, there are lots of fast food next door, just walk a short distance. I don't know about breakfast, chose a room without breakfast because I deliberately went culinary since morning. Next time I go to Surabaya, Bekizaar Hotel will be on my top list of choices ☺️
