I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone from the security guard at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants were very friendly and polite. I truly felt comfortable staying at Morazen. To Mrs. Bella, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping me print and revise my documents, as it was late at night and I had to send the necessary documents immediately. Thank you again, Mrs. Bella. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, from international to local, and the food is delicious. The hotel also has a comfortable semi-indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. It was a pleasure staying at Morazen, and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues if I have an assignment in Surabaya.

There were so many breakfast options, it was overwhelming, hehe. Some were delicious, some were so-so, but it was still worth it. I checked in with a twin-bed room the first time, but was immediately moved to a single-bed room the next day and helped move my luggage since I was out of the hotel. Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Breakfast offers many delicious varieties. Overall a great experience!
