The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is very tasty.

If you expect a luxurious hotel, then this is not for you. But if you're looking for a clean and reliable accommodation within a reasonable price range, then Fave is the right choice. They have friendly and helpful staffs, making checking-in and out processes hassle-free. Not many varieties in terms of food, but the items they provided for breakfast and in-room dining were flavorful. One thing I did not like was the parking lot (too small and overcrowded), everything else was on point. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I'll start with the good things. People at the reception desk and laundry service were friendly and helpful. Fast check in and out. Great location, sufficient parking lot. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about their other services and facilities. Housekeeping was lacking. The room has damp smell, trash wasn't always picked up, and cups and bathroom weren't cleaned. There was this screw tapping portruding from the bedframe (they did resolve this pretty quickly though). The shower box did not prevent water from coming out so the toilet got wet everytime I took a shower. The electricity in my room kept cutting off more than five times during the night. The food provided was unsatisfactory. The hotel has great potential, but just did not live up to its price point.
