It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

Hotel Grand Dafam Braga Bandung is located at the city center, so it’s convenient to go anywhere. All staff is friendly and very helpful. Pak Raditya Budi Satrio, the Assistant Manager, helped us tremendously when my wife got injured and needed to visit a doctor. It was the service at another level. Thank you very much Pak Raditya. The hotel is blessed to have you. As for the breakfast, it’s considered very good for a four-star hotel standard. There is a lot of variety of foods. We stayed in a condotel bedroom and the room was so spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma.
