I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful staycation with my family at Mason Pine Hotel, and I'd like to share our thoughts on the experience. Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The cool, fresh air provided the perfect backdrop to our family bonding moments, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Mason Pine Hotel was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

A nice and comfortable hotel, our family is also very comfortable staying at the hotel, the swimming pool is also clean, and the facilities are complete.

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay at holiday inn pasteur. Fast dan convenient check in and check out process. Room is clean and all the amenities is complete. Nice staff, okay breakfast. All the food is served by staff and not in buffet style, thumbs up for the protocol.

Nice room, great service from the staff (super friendly staff), and the location close to braga and asia afrika street. The hotel has restaurant in front of the hotel, I love spend my night at the restaurant. I promised myself to come back soon to Bandung, because I want to stay in this hotel.

The hotel still new. It's fresh & clean. The facility are great. The staffs were friendly & helpful. Definitely I will come back there and recommend it to others.
