Location is near from the airport, surrounding just only have KFC, MCD and Krispy Kreme. The ambiance is very peaceful.

The hotel is unlike a common or normal 5 stars hotel. The room did not have any welcome drink at all. The connection to the room wifi is not simple (this could be confusing for some oldschool people who wants to stay at the place). The room have a little space. I have been to some pullman hotel in another country, the same type of room serve better than pullman sydney airport. The variety of breakfast is not much but okay, still not as I expected from 5 stars hotel. Would definitely choose budget hotel than pullman sydney airport hotel which turns out serve a similar services like 3-4 stars hotel.

Good stay and convinient to everywhere. You can save aud 15 for airport transfer which you need to walk 5 minutes to domestic airport. FRE shuttle from domestic to international flight every 15 minutes. Thanks me later and thank you Traveloka for best convinient apps to use. Buy OPAL card for easy travel anywhere using public transport. Bus station- walk 5 minutes to catch 350. Train station - walk 15 minutes to Mascot direct to city.

Good facility. Nice room. Near airport, airport shuttle charge $10 per pax, Wi-Fi is great. 10 mins walk to nearest bus stand.

TV would not turn on. Cheep toilet paper. Absolutely nothing in the mini bar. The aircon was unresponsive.

We had a pleasant stay here. We arrived morning around 10am and the room was already ready by then. The check in and check out process was very good. Service was good. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet food variety was rather limited though. Overall a very good experience 👍.
