I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. I loved the view and the staff were very friendly. I have no regrets about choosing this hotel. The staff member, Devi, in the lobby, was very helpful, very kind, very friendly. She knew what I wanted before I asked. It was excellent service. I really liked this hotel. Stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Rizal was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed early check-in at around 3pm and late checkout at 1pm, which was very generous. The hotel explanation was clear, and the accessibility around the hotel was good. Overall, smooth process and great service.

Located in a great neighborhood (feel safe and clean), very close to Nordstrom and Pacific Place, and within walking distance of Pike Place. The check-in staff is really efficient and gives the best room with a Seattle view, couldn't ask for a better room! The room is spacious, modern, clean, and most importantly, has good soundproofing.
