Every detail—from the warm welcome to the little surprises along the way—made this staycation unforgettable. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance was serene and luxurious. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with natural surroundings. The infinity pool, gym, and spa were all clean, well-maintained, and truly elevated the experience. Food: The food was exceptional. Every meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had so many options—from healthy choices to indulgent treats—and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff Assistance: The staff were outstanding, especially Dimas, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He made everything feel effortless, and his service truly stood out. I even got a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable! Highlights: Getting upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning view was definitely a highlight. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, the thoughtful service, and how relaxed I felt throughout my stay. The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

beautiful scenery, friendly staff, good food, clean and great room, strategic place so it will be easy to travel around, big parking lot, you can take selfies and good pictures as much as you can as long not with dslr and special costumes otherwise they will charge extra and they have beautiful scene resto at 5th floor (outdoor and indoor) visit it around evening so you can see the change between bright scene to night scene and if lucky sunset. during weekdays they'll serve breakfast at 1st floor resto and weekends 5th floor resto.

President suite was very satisfactory! Wide glass window with direct view to the forest. Watched a few of squirrels on the trees, fun time for the kid! Jacuzzi was fine too! Only the bathroom ceilings is a bit scary at night as it was full glass ceiling. Overall very satisfied and value for money!

I really enjoyed staying here ‼️ The vibe totally felt like being at grandma’s house hahahaa There were so many old school items and the place was super cozy. We picked the wrong room yesterday, but it’s all good we still had a great time☺️ There’s a play area for kids and the neighborhood is really nice and safe for his to run around. It honestly felt like a trip back to the countryside. And Pak Aldi was super friendly and kind 😊 Next time we’re in Bandung, we’re definitely staying here again with the kids✨
