I really love this place so cozy and my kids love the swimming pool. Every time we go to Medan, this hotel is our first choice.

Slow response. 😵 Can't breathe inside the room.

The room is very dirty and hot. The AC is not working, the sheets are dirty and moist. There’s not shower. The toilet is dirty, the towel is dirty. The staff is very rude when I was checking in. Asking for deposit money and ID, holding both until I check-out. Saying that its their policy to hold at least one ID and deposit money. There’s no water and no nearby stores. They dont have kitchen. There’s no WiFi. The worst is that I found the staff walking back and forth in front of my room every time I left the hotel. The lock key position was moved, as if someone was trying to get into the room. This is a stealing indication. I did not lose anything, but I was feeling very unsafe.

Room with lack of maintenance. Many stain in room and toilet. Lack of staffing. Breakfast without any hot drinks.

It could be better. Staying here for 15 nights was almost perfect if they paid more attention to detail. On my last night staying, they forgot to clean up the room entirely, only the bed. The trash they forgot to take away. There was also another day when I got to the hotel, I found the floor mat on the top of my suitcase. Beside those two, everything was nice.
