Maestro Hotel Pontianak

I'm so sorry to say this, but I want to be honest! This hotel is not convertible, the room smells of cigarettes! Even the towels too! The AC is not cold! Also, the hotel corridors are messy and dirty! This was my first impression when I came here. I flew from Jakarta to sleep here, but what did I get? A bad room and slow response from the receptionist! It's a 4-star hotel, but you have a hotel like a one-star. Very bad.

Saya dua kali dapat kamar yang kurang bagus. Sekali lubang pembuangan airnya sumbat dan yang terakhir AC nya ngak dingin sama sekali. Sudah saat nya peremajaan dan renovasi agar tidak tertinggal.
