My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends in need, and I will likely stay again when I have a flight. Thank you, Hotel Cordia!

From the start, check-in was great. The staff (Mr. Huda) was very responsive and proactive. I didn't ask for two keys, but since I seemed to need them, he immediately gave me two. Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
