Terms

- Rental Fee: Rates start from around Rp400,000 per day.

- Credit Card Deposit: A credit card deposit is required as security during the rental period. The amount depends on the type of vehicle selected.

- Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition with no damage.

- Cancelable and Rescheduleable: If there is a change in plans, you can cancel or reschedule the car rental.

- Collection/Return at Branches: Vehicles can only be picked up and returned at the rental branch. Pick-up and drop-off at other locations is possible at an additional cost.

- Overtime up to 3 hours: Renters are allowed up to 3 hours to return the vehicle at no extra charge. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day's rental fee will be charged.

Required Documents:

At the time of car pick-up, travelers registered on Traveler Details need to present their own or family ID/passport, driver's license A, and original credit card (a photo of the family card or marriage certificate needs to be sent to the rental to verify the family credit card).

Notes:Drivers must be at least 21 years old.The provider will contact the driver via WhatsApp to request photos of the required documents.

Refund and Reschedule Policy

- Refund will be given in full if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.

- If the car is returned before the rental time ends, the refund will not apply to the remaining rental time.

- Reschedules are subject to vehicle availability.

- Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference between the rental fee between the new and old schedule, the renter bears the difference.

- Usage within Koh Samui only. If usage is further than the zone, it is at the rental provider's discretion and will incur additional charges.

- Usage per day 8 hours. Vehicle rental is not available outside 08:00 - 18:00.

Refund and Reschedule Policy

- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours prior to pick-up time.

- Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will get a 100% refund.

- Reschedules can be requested a maximum of 72 hours before pick-up time, subject to vehicle availability.

- Reschedule is not subject to additional fees. However, if there is a price difference between the new and old schedule, the passenger is responsible for the difference.
