Refund & Reschedule Policy

• Refund 100% if you cancel the order more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• If you cancel the order less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, then there is no refund.
• Reschedule can be done at least 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• Rescheduling is subject to car availability.
• Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if there is a rental fee difference between the new and old schedules, the passenger must pay the difference.

Crystal Cave

Located about 22 km from Kupang's El Tari Airport, the Crystal Cave is one of Kupang's charming gems. Inside the cave, you'll find an eight-meter deep pool of clear, bluish water. When exposed to sunlight coming through the cracks of the cave, the water will look sparkling like crystals, hence the name Crystal Cave.

Oenesu Waterfall
