Required Documents

When you pick up the car, you must present your personal data such as ID card/passport, driver's license A and original personal or family credit card.

The driver must be at least 21 years old. The provider will request photos of the required documents via WhatsApp.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before pick-up time will result in a full refund.
• Reschedule requests can be made subject to car availability and are free of charge. The price difference will be charged to the renter.
