• Refund of deposit
• The deposit you provide will be refunded to you after the rental car is returned in good condition and without damage.
• Refundable & reschedulable
• In the event of a change in travel plans, you can cancel the car rental or change the rental schedule.
• Pick-up/return at branches only
• You can only pick up and return the rental car at the service provider's branch.
• Overtime up to 3 hours
• Depending on the rental provider you choose, some allow you to return the rental car up to 3 hours late without any additional charges. For car rentals through Chic Car Rent Khon Khaen, they only give 1 hour free overtime. Overtime exceeding 1 or 3 hours (as per the rental provider's policy) will incur a one-day rental fee.

Required Documents

When picking up the car, you need to present your personal data such as ID card/passport, valid driver's license A or International Driver's License, and original personal or family credit card.

Notes: Drivers must be at least 21 years old.The provider will contact the driver via WhatsApp to request photos of some mandatory documents.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• A full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• If the car is returned sooner than the rental duration, the renter is not entitled to a refund for the unused car rental.
• Your reschedule request is subject to car availability.
• Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borne by the passenger.
