The deposit will be refunded after you return the rental car in good condition and without damage.

- Pick-up/return at branches only

You can only pick up and return the rental car at the branch of the car rental service provider. Pick-ups and drop-offs outside the rental office can be done, depending on the service provider you choose, either at an additional cost or included in the fee you pay.

- Overtime up to 3 hours

Car renters are given tolerance for late return of the vehicle up to a maximum of 3 hours without additional charges. Overtime exceeding 3 hours will be charged a one-day rental fee.

Pick-up Location

Free pick-up and drop-off in the following areas:

• Sukhumvit MRT Station

The driver will contact you 12 hours before the pick-up time.If you book the car rental less than 12 hours before the pick-up time, the driver will contact you as soon as the booking is confirmed.

Overtime fee

will be charged if the rental duration exceeds 8 hours or later than 23:59 on each rental day. This extra can only be paid directly to the driver.

Driver Accommodation Fee

The renter will be charged for the driver's accommodation fee if you are traveling out of town.

Car Rental Procedure:

1. The renter must present their ID card/passport, driver's license A, pay a deposit of 5000 Baht by credit card, to the car rental service provider.
2. If the renter has any special requests, such as requesting a baby seat, the renter can submit it by writing it on the Special Request page of the order. However, please note that these special requests are subject to the availability of the car rental provider and may incur additional charges.
3. Renters must not smoke, bring pets, drink alcohol while driving. If violated, the provider reserves the right to take the car back.

Car Return Procedures and Conditions

1. The renter must return the car in good condition, return the car at the specified time, and be responsible for any damage to the vehicle registration, car keys, accessories, and tools, & all parking, traffic, or other fines incurred as a result of the renter's violation of the law.
2. The car rental provider reserves the right not to return the deposit to the renter if it violates the provisions of the provider.
3. The renter must also fully fill up the gas tank when returning the rental car.

Overtime

1. Usage that exceeds 24 hours per day will be subject to an overtime fee, for example, if the renter returns the car more than 5 hours late, the overtime fee to be paid is equal to the rental price of 1 day rental.

Refund & Reschedule

1. A full refund is given if the renter cancels the order more than 3 days before the pick-up time.
2. Rescheduling is free of charge, but the availability of the car and the rental price on the new schedule will be borne by the renter.

Insurance

1. In the event of an accident, the renter must submit all documents to the rental provider to be assisted in completing the administration required by the insurance company.
