• Renters are fully responsible for any vehicle damage or loss of documents and accessories such as the registration certificate (STNK) and car keys.
• The car must be returned by the agreed rental end time.
• The car's condition, including fuel level, must be the same as when it was received.
• The rental company is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during the rental period.
• Overtime usage beyond 24 hours will incur additional charges starting from IDR 50,000 per hour.
• If overtime exceeds 3 hours, a full-day rental fee will be charged.
