• Rental fee: From IDR 400,000 per day
• Must deposit with credit card:
• You are required to make a deposit using a credit card. This deposit serves as a security guarantee for the service provider during the car rental. The amount varies depending on the type of vehicle you are renting.
• Refund of deposit
• The deposit you provide will be refunded to you after the rental car is returned in good condition and without damage.
• Refundable & reschedulable
• In the event of a change in travel plans, you can cancel the car rental or change the rental schedule.
• Pick-up/return at branches only
• You can only pick up and return the rental car at the service provider's branch. Pick-ups and drop-offs outside the rental office are possible, but come with an additional fee.
• Overtime up to 3 hours
• Renters are allowed a maximum of 3 hours to return the vehicle without any additional charges. If the car is returned beyond the 3-hour overtime, you must pay a one-day rental fee.

Required Documents

When picking up the car, you must show personal data such as KTP/passport, driver's license A, and original personal or family credit card.

Notes: Drivers must be at least 21 years old.The rental provider will contact you via WhatsApp to request photos of some required documents.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• A full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• If the car is returned sooner than the rental duration, the renter is not entitled to a refund for the unused car rental.
• Your reschedule request is subject to car availability.
• Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borne by the renter.

The park also boasts unique, pillar-like rock formations that were formed by thousands of years of erosion.
