The location was ideal - just off Piccadilly Circus. The hotel was clean and modern. We felt that it was good value. Check in was easy at the iPads and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here more than once and I've always found it to be a great place to stay in central London. There's not a gym (you can download an app and pay £10 a day to use it) and staff are present and helpful. Rooms are easy and what you'd expect for the price. No kettle, iron or hairdryer in the room, so as long as you are prepared for that, you'll enjoy your stay.

100% self check in which is not so great when you have an issue with your reservation and there is nobody to help. Once on my room floor, there was a series of steps you have to lug your luggage up and down in order to get to my room. Not so fun when you're by yourself with a large luggage.

You get what you pay for. Amazing location for touring and excellent water pressure in the shower. Otherwise the hotel gets a D. They charge you for £15 per item for bag storage, charge you for early check in, and there are pretty much no other amenities available. No one answers the phone if you have an issue. You have to walk down to the lobby to talk to the one person roaming with an iPad. Bedding is rough, pillows are thin and hard as rocks. Having a pitch black room with no windows doesn’t feel like a cocoon when it’s so uncomfortable, it feels like a fashionable but slightly dirty prison cell. Guessing the 10/10 reviews are from the many college kids here to party.

The room was adequate but the bin was still full in the bathroom from the previous occupier and the sink tap temperature control was broken. The corridors are reminiscent of a boiler room and the room numbering does make navigation a challenge. Don't stay here if you are planning to get very drunk as you may never find your room again 😂 That said the room was comfortable and quiet enough and the air-conditioning was good. Generally I wouldn't stay in a place like this as I don't favour the windowless, capsule, minimalist style accommodation, however, the price for the incredibly convenient central location made it perfect for a quick city theatre trip.

We stayed in an adapted room as my daughter is a wheelchair user and I have mobility problems too. The room and the bath room were both spacious. The bedroom contained 2 single beds and a table for your case and that’s where the major of the problems are, no wardrobe, drawers or even a beside table, no where to store medications, the plug socket was just above the bed and had to leave the phone on bed whilst charging which is dangerous. Everything had to be left on the floor which isn’t really appropriate when you’re in a wheelchair and pretty much the same scenario in the bathroom no space for toiletries or medications, there’s no fridge if you need medication storing either. The emergency pull cords was folded up and left on the top of the shower rail which is unreachable too. I get that it’s a minimal hotel but it’s far to minimal to say that it’s truely accessible, it did have a toilet rail and wall mounted shower seat with rail, that was the only accessible adaptations in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are like prison cells. My room had urine on the floor, dirty towels and an unmade bed. There is not even a chair in the room, no services provided, one roll of toiletpaper for four days, the only vending machine that worked when I arrived was a condom vending machine - no water available, no food. Everyroom in the hotel has no windows. Scores of other patrons were devastated upon seeing the rooms on their arrival. This hotel would only work if you OK about paying a huge nightly rental and in exchange getting the most appalling, depressing situation. The online description is grossly inaccurate. Once you arrive the rooms are actually described as "cocoons" because they know that to use the description "room" is inaccurate. They are literally cell-like, incredibly depressing and over-priced. The lighting in the room is dark, and my room's lights were faulty and strobing constantly. I had online zooms to do for work which was impossible in the lobby as there is loud music playing constantly, and there's no place to do this from other than sitting in your bed in your cell - no desk, no chair, no hanging space for clothes, no iron, no hair-dryer, no conditioner. Not even the baggage storage facility on your checkout day is without a charge - at USD25 per bag. Because I'd booked online via Expedia there was no-one I could even speak to about the situation, so a refund would have been impossible.
