The location is undeniably one of the hotel's biggest strengths, right in the heart of London with excellent access to major attractions and transport links. Unfortunately, that was completely overshadowed by my experience. During my stay, I suffered what appeared to be bed bug bites. While the customer service team later apologized via WhatsApp, which I appreciated, the manager handling my case showed no sincerity. He never apologized in person, expressed no genuine empathy, and offered no meaningful compensation. The only actions taken were steaming my luggage and relocating me to a smaller room. I stayed in the infested room for two days, yet I was refunded for only one night (£192). Due to app's tax and internal policy deductions, I ultimately received around IDR 1 million less than the stated refund. No assistance was offered for medical expenses, despite me leaving with multiple itchy bite marks that were distressing and made me feel as though I had contracted a contagious illness. For such a serious issue, I expected professionalism, accountability, and genuine concern for a guest's wellbeing. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. A prime location cannot make up for poor management or an inadequate response to a significant health and hygiene concern.

Good location, comfortable and clean room. Good security. But they need to get a proper hanger.

It was a pleasure to stay here, it was close to everywhere and I could self check in, the hotel staff were also ready to help.

Take Picadilly Line From Heathrow 3 pounds , stop at picadilly circus, no need for transit no need for taxi .. location is great for deluxe room no window , if you claustorphobic pay for suite room

The employee said that I was late from the room even though it was only 11am. She chased me down and said that if I was late I would have to pay an additional 50 pound charge even though I said I was packing my bags. I just need 10 minutes. She wanted me to pay an extra 50 pounds and threatened me if I didn't leave the room now she would call the security guard to come and evict me. I feel very bad about this kind of service. It is not appropriate to dismiss in such a condescending manner.

Drink water & hair dryer should pay. Hold bag in concierge should pay. Room type is not according to the booking order

Tempat sangat strategis karena di daerah Piccadilly Circus. Hotel bersih, Hanya saja di dalam kamar tidak ada meja. Sehingga saya harus menaru barang-barang seperti tas tangan dan jam tangan, handphone di lantai? Dan 1 hal lagi, Karena saya kepagian dateng, belum waktunya check in mau titip tas kena £ 10.
