Before submitting a refund or reschedule for your bus order, please check whether a refund or rescheduling is available for your ticket. Go to Orders, then Open the e-ticket that you want to refund or reschedule. Find the Cancellation Policy and Schedule Changing Policy at the bottom of the page and read the policy.
If you can refund and reschedule, you can submit a refund or reschedule for your bus order by contacting the relevant bus operator. You can find your bus operator's contact details on the e-ticket sent to your email or on the e-ticket in the Traveloka App, in the Cancellation Policy and Schedule Changing Policies.
Please check your e-ticket on the Traveloka App, email or SMS and confirm whether you have to exchange the e-ticket for a paper ticket from the PO bus.
If it says that you need to exchange your e-ticket, you can show your e-ticket to the bus staff at the departure point and ask him to give you a paper ticket. If it appears that your e-ticket is an official ticket, simply show the e-ticket to the bus staff at the departure point to board the bus.
Please also show your KTP, SIM or student card to the bus staff along with your e-ticket.
