Although we arrived quite early at 1 PM and I expected to wait, the staff actually let me check in at that time without me even asking! That was really great! And the hotel is so beautiful. I tried the massage and it was good! The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a variety of food. Would love to stay here again when I visit Surabaya next time!

Hotel staff very kind and friendly, check-in time flexible, easy access to and from the hotel, there is halte bus under pedestrian bridge in front of the hotel, hotel location super strategic across the Surabaya's biggest shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza, room clean and spacious, not cramped, comfy for Muslims to do daily prayers. I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

Spacious room. Unique room for Japanese room type. Breakfast just so so. No place for breakfast but only pack delivered to your room. Overall satisfying to stay here. Very strategic location.

Great choice when visiting Surabaya. Everything was great, the area, staffs, cleanliness, facilities, room, and breakfast was good. We'll definitely choose Crown Prince again for the next trip.
