Strategic location, close to everywhere, near by souvenirs also. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and the hot water also worked fine. The hotel clerk is friendly, can also breakfast at a very affordable overnight stay. I took a triple bed room, nice and not cramped.

Recommendation, if you go to Surabaya, you will come back to stay at Midtown Residence.

Whenever my family comes to Surabaya and I'm looking for a good budget accommodation, I always recommend this place. The rooms are super spacious, and it's close to everything. It's just a short walk to Surabaya Zoo.

It was incredibly cool, especially since we stayed there on a weekend. The hotel room was very comfortable, very clean, and kid-friendly. There's a street food stall with live music in the courtyard, so you can hang out without having to travel far. Overall, it was a great experience. I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

The location is very strategic! Exceptional cleanliness, from the rooms to the entire area. The hotel's food is delicious, and the meeting facilities are also excellent. The perfect choice for comfort and easy access to Surabaya.

first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Pop Hotel and the service standards are still well maintained.

The triple bed room is perfect for families. The room size is spacious. The 100cm bed can be moved and pushed together to form one large 300cm bed. The room design is concise and practical. No awkward large closed wardrobe, but instead an open clothes hanging area with plenty of hangers available. The mini fridge works well and is cold. Mini safe. Good toiletries. Mineral water, coffee, and tea for 3 people. Central air conditioning (AC central) but can be adjusted manually in the room. Functioning well, can set the temperature cool enough not to be cold. The lighting is very good. It can be bright for work activities. And can be dim to pitch black for sleeping. The best!
