Excellent for the staff service, both the female and male are very friendly, helpful too, the staff service needs to be appreciated, for breakfast the variety is quite good and most importantly the taste is really good for the taste it is really thought about and made to look like it is intentional (the coffee is maybe a little lacking in coffee, the others are already very good), for the room it is very clean, the most important thing is that the room is clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower and can be warm, suitable for the cold atmosphere of Bandung, the mattress is also very comfortable, maybe the pillow is a bit hard, but overall for a hotel with that budget to get excellent facilities is really cool, will definitely always come back here, because everything is nice loveee ❤️

This is a hotel we've stayed at since before the renovations began. We've stayed here more than twice. Our favorite is the swimming pool; it has warm water, so the kids love soaking in it. The service is always excellent. Thank God, I've never been disappointed. It's fantastic. Hopefully, they can maintain it and improve even further.

Previously, thank you to the reviewer of this hotel, thanks to the review, it helped me to find a good and comfortable hotel 🙏 According to the reviews of people who have stayed at this hotel, the staff are helpful and informative, there are many good spots to take pictures, the food is varied and tastes good, I like the Pristine mineral water the most because I do consume Pristine, I also like the hand soap, bath soap and shampoo which smell good, the room has very good lighting because there is a lot of it even under the bed, the wifi is okay, the strategic area in front of the hotel has lots of snacks. Unfortunately, we got a room with a view of someone's house 😅 so next time I want to try another room 😁 Thank you so much Tama Boutique Hotel 🙏

For a family-friendly budget hotel, this is really good. The price is very affordable, and for that price, you can get a lot of various menus for breakfast. They have special menus (Cirebon’s meal) like Tahu Gejrot or Botok Roti. Especially for the services, they are really nice and very friendly. Staffs are friendly, informative, and helpful. The ambiance is good and clean. The room is also nice, every room has a city view window, so it’s not boring at all. You can see a bit of Cirebon’s landscape from the hotel room (this might be because my room is on the highest floor). My family and I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

This hotel is very pleasant, in the Plaza area, so you can take a culinary walk at the Plaza. The hotel is clean, the staff is also very friendly. If you go to Bekasi and have to stay overnight, you must stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

As always, Meize has remained our first choice for budget hotel business trips in my office. Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.
