I stayed at the Mi Bencolen hotel for the fourth time. I was happy because the MRT station was very close. There is also a bus station that can go directly to Changi Airport. For passengers who need to catch their morning flight, the bus was ready at 05:37 am and arrived in Changi at 06:20 am. It was very comfortable and easy.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. From the moment we checked in, Calvin Tan was very helpful, especially when we were tired with our luggage. He helped us check in very fast and gave us the best room. His facility skills made our check-in process fast. He was also very nice in helping us find the easiest way to every location we wanted to go. Calvin and Mala were so nice and friendly, and very helpful in our situation. Beyond words. We had a wonderful stay at York Hotel Singapore. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a room that was about twice the size of the one we originally booked, making our stay much more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Orchard Road while still being in a quiet area. We truly appreciated the generous upgrade and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again.

One room fit 2 large suitcases and 1 small suitcase, and still had enough space for prayer and a stroller. Very good hotel. Love it! Clean, tidy, beautiful, and especially their shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo are very nice scent! Good to try. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my 3D2N stay here. I was looking for a quiet getaway so I was avoiding town areas hotel, and this hotel is perfect as it is surrounded with greenery, and away from crowds. Yet, it is just a short 10 minutes walk to Plaza Sing mall. The Deluxe room is huge, the bathtub was really comfy as well. I really like that the room comes with a bluetooth speaker, I could play music and soak in the tub. The TV was meh, not much channels to watch and not a smart TV. There are two pools, both were clean but the benches are worn out. The hotel can be a little old, but overall it is beautiful especially at night and it is well maintained. Customer service can be improved as they are not the most responsive, I had to call several times before someone pick up in the morning/afternoon. The breakfast was yummy, with a decent variety. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, away-from-city kind of vibe.
