Good location near shopping mall, broken room floor need repair.

Standard old hotel but with great facility. I book 2 rooms, my room is big but the AC is not cold (I am lazy to complaint), while the others is cold and have better (brighter) lighting. Food is mediocre (not good not bad). I enjoy the water park especially I bring children on this trip, but the water in the swimming pool is too cold.

Very great hotel, especially for Ramadhan. We can do more praying at Trans Mosque and do more shopping at TSM ♥.

Classic Hotel with Modern vibes, when my son came to the lobby he said"wow this is beautiful hotel"and it is. The downside maybe about the food, it was so-so for 5 star Hotel, not bad but not exceptional either.

Maaf lupa foto kamarnya, kamarnya nyaman rating 8/10, lokasi sangat strategis, parkir mobilnya valet.

Kamar non smoking tapi bau rokok sekali, ada acara di hotel suaranya masuk sampai ke kamar sampai sekitar setengah 10 malam, dilanjut suara vacuum cleaner sampai jam 12 malam ….

The room not well maintance, and smell of smoking. The receptionist is not friendly when check-in process.

Cleanliness very bad, room facility also bad.
