1. Disappointing: first check-in the front clerk was not friendly, 2. When Officer Danny I asked what time breakfast was, the answer was at 07 am, then I asked if I could have breakfast at 06 am because I had to go to the airport at 07 am. The answer is still not allowed, then I say again what if it ' s just take away, the answer is still no. In the end I gave input, what if you ask the boss first. On April 3, 2022, the sister who claimed to be Lala dr Classie hotel asked if my room would be extended because it had run out. I then asked again whether Lala had coordinated with the receptions when I checked in? Because at the first check-in it was very clear: check in on 1-2 April via Traveloka and 3 April via"Voucher from Classie Hotel", 4. I am still in WA by the Classie Hotel Admin whether I want breakfast or the"Sahur"menu, I replied Breakfast. 5. When I returned to the Hotel at around 3 pm I still reminded the clerk that tomorrow morning (4 April) I asked for breakfast and at 6 am I needed it. 6. At 11.30 pm I got an internal Classie hotel phone (I was sleeping and it bothered me a lot), still asking whether breakfast or sahur, I answered Breakfast, 7. April 4th Around 6 am I went to the lobby where breakfast was not available, even at 06.30 am the officer brought food in a hurry that it was available. Even though the officer didn't understand if I asked for take a way (meaning that it was brought instead of eating at the location). I think the WORST incident that I have ever experienced while staying at the hotel. It is not about communications but it is about not emphaty.
