This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.

Room is clean, bathroom is clean. However, the bed sheet is not changed everyday. Towel is already changed everyday. No coffee or tea sachet available at room. Better to give, the hot water is already available at dispenser at corridor. Breakfast has lots of variation. However the dining table is arranged for every 4 people. It is better to set the table for every 2 people only. Easier to combine the table when required then split the table.

The cleanliness of the room is very poor, we request to change the bed cover until 6 times but there is not even one bed cover that is clean from sperm marks or blood marks. We request to change the room also, they asked that can't change the room.

Kamar nyaman dan kebersihan dijaga dengan baik, staff ramah. Mungkin yg perlu diperbaiki, untuk breakfast menu kurang bervariasi.
