Overall it's good, the service from the security guard is very helpful, the apartment owner is responsive, the place and room are comfortable, the bathroom facilities with hot water are okay, the parking lot is adequate, overall I'm satisfied. The deposit refund is fast, it's great and recommended.

Complete bathroom, hot water available, complete pantry, clean bed, clean sheets, smooth WiFi, beautiful views in the morning and evening, the owner is very responsive and friendly.

Initially, I pressed the wrong date, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, thank God I was able to check in on the correct date, without any charges whatsoever. The service from the owner and staff was incredibly good, fast response, the accommodation was very good, comfortable and complete. The apartment is cool. The owner is also friendly, not stingy with information. Access to the mall is very easy. Next time I'll stay here again when I go to Surabaya☺️
