I always book Hotel Fave Surabaya for my guests from Jakarta, and they love it. The location is super practical for West Surabaya and just minutes from Pakuwon Mall. Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

Very satisfied even though it was only 2 nights, I felt comfortable staying, the room was clean, all the facilities were functioning, and there was a large parking area.

The food is varied and delicious, the cleanliness is really good, the service is friendly and fast, basically if I go to Surabaya I want to stay at Fairfield again.

The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.
