I'm a loyal customer of Neo+ Waru Hotel by Aston, having stayed there since 2021. Whenever I visit Surabaya, I always stay at Neo+. It's friendly, clean, and safe, even though it's in a very busy area. The food is as delicious as Aston.

The location is close to the airport. There are plenty of street food stalls nearby if you're looking for dinner and don't want to eat in the restaurant. The rooms are quite spacious and the staff are friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant is varied, ranging from local specialties to standard Western fare like salads. It seems many Chinese tourists stay here for their visit to Bromo.

The triple bed room is perfect for families. The room size is spacious. The 100cm bed can be moved and pushed together to form one large 300cm bed. The room design is concise and practical. No awkward large closed wardrobe, but instead an open clothes hanging area with plenty of hangers available. The mini fridge works well and is cold. Mini safe. Good toiletries. Mineral water, coffee, and tea for 3 people. Central air conditioning (AC central) but can be adjusted manually in the room. Functioning well, can set the temperature cool enough not to be cold. The lighting is very good. It can be bright for work activities. And can be dim to pitch black for sleeping. The best!

The hotel is comfortable and very aesthetic. The standard rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft, and the water heater works well. Housekeeping also comes daily, so returning to a clean room after traveling feels really good. The price is still affordable, especially if you get a promo from clicking on the location on TikTok. The location is strategic, close to the terminal, airport, and city center. There are also many food stalls around the inn, so it's easy to find food anytime. Highly recommended for those staying in Surabaya. The staff are friendly, and the service is excellent, making guests feel comfortable and at home during their stay.

Did late check-in and it went very smooth. The location is nearby the Grand Mosque of Surabaya. If you are lucky, you get a room with a city view of Surabaya, toll roads, and the Grand Mosque, which was stunning during sunset and sunrise. It is not near the city center, but it is near the Medan area where many intercity bus agents reside. So, it's a nice place to stay for bus travel transit. Within walking distance, there are streets with many traditional culinary alternatives.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street

Cheap but comfortable hotel, there is warm water and breakfast with bread and free tea and coffee, perfect for bags.

The buffet dinner and breakfast are definitely worth a try. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The room is clean, nice, and cool. When we entered, the central AC was already on. Premier Place Surabaya Airport is my first choice when looking for a hotel close to Surabaya's Juanda Airport.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful at check-in, and quick to respond to any issues. That's why I stay here again and again. The staff are also very helpful when I need something.
