Review from various users that have stayed in Singapore National Eye Centre will help you to choose the perfext hotel easily!
Hotel is run down and dusty. Have difficulty sleeping at night due to dust collected on the carpet. Furnitures are worn and dated. Years of mold in accumulated could be seen in the toilet. The entire place needs to be refurbished or renovated.
Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.
Good location and big space but a lot of areas for improvement (e. G. Dusty surfaces, leaking tap, rusty bathtub, no bidet, shampoo-and-bathsoap in 1). We had sensitive nose and kept sneezing. Breakfast is only so-so but the service staff were very friendly. Not a relaxing experience. Feel that you can have a better staycay elsewhere.
Every thing is clean, closet MRT, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly

No room cleaning during our 3 days stay in this hotel and the aircon seems dirty and smoke smell in the room even we booked for non smoking room

Some of the hooks are not secured. The panel for putting the room key for electricity fell off. Bathtub condition feels like quite used. Other then that, the beds are OK. The room carpet is OK.
The place was clean and the pillows are fluffy.
Very nice hotel. Only just a few steps to Chinatown MRT station. The bed and the room were clean and very quiet. I stayed for 3 straight nights and I had no problems at all. The socket doesn't need an adapter anymore since it fits to my charger unlike other hostels, you need to bring your own adapter for you to charge your phone or gadgets. I also like to include that other hostels charge a towel which is absolutely ridiculous. In this hostel, it is already including. The one that you will just provide is your own shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. I wish I didn't had a mistake of booking my room since it was supposed to be a 4 night stay but I forgot the other night so I transferred to other hostel which was I think the worst ever!!!
room clean, nice check-in staff very fast and comfortable, my recommend female dorm with en suite bathroom and I will book again with Traveloka in future.
