Great location. Clean and tidy. Courteous staff.
Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.
Nice experience staying in furama. We went to celebrate birthday.
Every thing is clean, closet MRT, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly

It was affordable and pretty nice for a place to sleep. I just wished they have a shower cap and a foot towel in front of the bathroom. Not sure if it was only my room but would love if they have a working hand shower. The neighborhood is very cozy, not too busy with tourist and pretty nice area too.

Room was not up to standards, fridge in the room was faulty and not functioning well, unable to chill any drinks. Also, the service was extremely slow, asking for something as simple as wine glasses took as long as 20-30 minutes wait. Room was not entirely clean, this was another huge issue. And honestly if I'm paying for Premium Executive I would hope I am getting a room worthy of that title, not another normal Queen sized bed room with a fancy name that costs significantly higher than normal Executive or King rooms. I also paid for breakfast, in which I was told was a set style breakfast instead of a buffet style breakfast, this is wholly unsatisfactory, we finally have buffets back and the hotel is skimping away on buffet breakfasts for their patrons? Are you kidding me, do better please!
The place was clean and the pillows are fluffy.
Very nice hotel. Only just a few steps to Chinatown MRT station. The bed and the room were clean and very quiet. I stayed for 3 straight nights and I had no problems at all. The socket doesn't need an adapter anymore since it fits to my charger unlike other hostels, you need to bring your own adapter for you to charge your phone or gadgets. I also like to include that other hostels charge a towel which is absolutely ridiculous. In this hostel, it is already including. The one that you will just provide is your own shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. I wish I didn't had a mistake of booking my room since it was supposed to be a 4 night stay but I forgot the other night so I transferred to other hostel which was I think the worst ever!!!
room clean, nice check-in staff very fast and comfortable, my recommend female dorm with en suite bathroom and I will book again with Traveloka in future.
