Don't try to ask for connecting rooms, they will not provide it for you, even if you booked for connecting rooms. Worst AC ever, I set it to the lowest, and still feel nothing cold after few hours, the reception said 'nothing wrong'. Hot tub is available, but the water wasn't hot enough. One room has hair dryer, and the others not, I tried to call reception and they said 'its OK, leave it alone'. TV is not working too, I found no remote. Breakfast is average, Indonesian style buffet. I stayed couple times in this particular hotel in my past. More than 20 years ago, it was good. Sadly, this hotel is degrading now. Very disappointed. Better pay more for other good hotels.
