I guess this hotel deserved the best hospitality service in Surabaya because their staffs are AMAZING! I personally love the breakfast options and ambiance. The location and the activity for the school holiday are also impressive. The kids love the pool as they are already asking for another stay.

I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

Room is spacious. There are seating area, working desk, android TV (you can watch Netflix and YouTube with your account), electric kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge. The staffs are nice and accommodating. We asked for a new towel because it kinda smelly and they immediately replace it. We tried the food. There are various kind of food for breakfast. porridges, bread, soto, rice, traditional "kueh", spaghetti, etc. It's good and worth the price. the only downside is the shower head, need some repair.

It was a nice stay. The only problem is just the shower didn't work. But maybe because I just too lazy to wear my clothes again and ask the staff about it. Overall was a good experience. FYI, it's an old hotel.

Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya managed by Midtown Indonesia Hotels

I stayed in the comfy room on the hight floor. Large room and clean. Got good city view from my room. They don't served mineral water in the room but they provide water jug and gallon of water in the alley in each floor. So, we can easily refill mineral water anytime. Toiletries complete, but when I called the housekeeping to ask for the towels, it took quite long to wait. Need some improvement. Pool is clean and have good view from there. The foods are also good. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Overall, we have good staycation in this hotel.
