The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

The location is in the center of city, the staff is friendly and service is excellent. The food is delicious and vary. The room is clean and spacious. Its really nice hotel and the price is affordable enough.

The first thing I noticed when enter Shangrila is the nice fragrance that has a very calming and relaxing effect. Although Shangrila is not a new hotel but everything is well maintained. Room is clean and got everything we need. Just a pity that they don't provide teacup and its spoon for hot drink, in the room. The swimming pool is perfect for me and my kids, with depth ranging from 1 metre to 1.5 metre and even deeper at some part. My kids enjoyed our staycation so much. Will we return to Shangrila? Definitely a yes!

Location is a plus, close to Tunjungan Plaza and city center. The building is pretty new/just got renovated. The entry level room is very small, no wardrobe. A big turn off is they don't provide blanket! Only a bed sheet to cover yourself under a chilly Aircon. I got running nose just after a night stay. No water heater, no washbasin.
