10/10 very satisfying, initial intention was to only stay 1 day then move to another hotel. But in reality, we added 1 more day, and we chose to stay at this hotel. And mashaAllah, the employees and staff are all very smiling. Starting from the security guard at the entrance (gate) who was very friendly🥹 this is really the first time I've been amazed by a hotel where all the employees are really nice, no matter what the customers are. Excellent for the staff service, both the female and male are very friendly, helpful too, the staff service needs to be appreciated, for breakfast the variety is quite good and most importantly the taste is really good for the taste it is really thought about and made to look like it is intentional (the coffee is maybe a little lacking in coffee, the others are already very good), for the room it is very clean, the most important thing is that the room is clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower and can be warm, suitable for the cold atmosphere of Bandung, the mattress is also very comfortable, maybe the pillow is a bit hard, but overall for a hotel with that budget to get excellent facilities is really cool, will definitely always come back here, because everything is nice loveee ❤️

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
