Bringing the family on vacation and honeymoon, staying here was very enjoyable. Even though it was cold, the nieces and nephews enjoyed swimming, it was easy to monitor because the pool was indoors. And it turned out that my husband secretly contacted the villa staff to decorate the room with flowers and balloons (there was an additional fee) to give a birthday surprise. When the sound for karaoke didn't connect to the TV, the staff also quickly came when we contacted them. Basically, the service was very helpful, the staff was good to respond, the villa was clean, the cooking utensils were quite complete, and there was also a grill pan. The gallon was full, and there was even a spare. There was a fan in every room, the water heater was safe so there was no reason not to take a shower because it was cold. Towels, mukena, and prayer mats were also provided.

Staying here is comfortable and okay. With a rate of 200 thousand you can get a clean and nice room. There is a large bed with 2 pillows and a blanket. AC works well cold. Wifi works well. The TV also turns on well even though it is not a smart TV. There is a minibar refrigerator which can also be used to store food and drink. There are tables and chairs and also a wardrobe. For amenities, there are 2 towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrush. The bathroom is clean, the hot water works well, the heat is steady. Car and motorbike parking is neatly arranged. If I go to Malang, I will come back here again

From the moment you check in✅️, ask for help cleaning your room✅️, and on Fridays, you get a free Friday alms meal 😍, very responsive when needed👍🏻. The room is clean, the AC is cold, yesterday's shower was clean and there was a heater. There's also a prayer room and ablution area. The price is very affordable. Strategically located, close to all food, easy to find day and night, close to the mosque and Ciputra World Mall. Parking for cars and motorcycles is also very adequate. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel

Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean, either. We also tried to have breakfast. The food was also tasty, and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food, especially the sweets. There is also an indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted.
