I stayed at this hotel for two nights from 02-05 October 2023 room number 1123 and had made full payment via Traveloka, but after I checked out my credit card was charged twice for sgd 631 and sgd 531.15 without my approval and without my permission. Even though I had paid in full through online, after I complained, the hotel admitted that their staff had made a mistake. This is negligence and a very fatal mistake and is detrimental to consumers, especially in the class of a five-star hotel. Please pay attention to the hotel to pay more attention to this matter.
