Apartments in Orchard

This hotel is perfect for shopping. Its located in Orchard Road, which is the main street in Singapore. Breakfast is great and all staff is very helpfil and the speak good English.

Old Hotel but well maintained. Price to location is good. In the heart of Orchard is the plus point. Do not expect 4 * service and accommodation. I give fair rate at 3 * hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights from 02-05 October 2023 room number 1123 and had made full payment via Traveloka, but after I checked out my credit card was charged twice for sgd 631 and sgd 531.15 without my approval and without my permission. Even though I had paid in full through online, after I complained, the hotel admitted that their staff had made a mistake. This is negligence and a very fatal mistake and is detrimental to consumers, especially in the class of a five-star hotel. Please pay attention to the hotel to pay more attention to this matter.

Clean & comfy hotel, near to shopping area.

Hotel location is strategic as it was convenient to shop at any malls you can find at Orchard Road central of S'pore, however the room had smell which is unpleasant.

We arrived very late and there are 4 of us 3 adults 1 children, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to superior room. Thanks relc hotel.
