Hotels near Takashimaya Shopping Centre

Horrible, didn't even get the room we booked.

Good location, good service, good breakfast.

The room is smelly urine, And the bathroom for shower I thing not comfortable for elderly cause the bathtub is slippery.

Good hotel and great location, also near to MRT somerset, Orchard Central, Orchard Gateway and a lot of food choice. But around 3 AM, little bit noisy, may be a close time of nightlife entertainment/night club/bar. So many people in the street looking for grab/uber/taxi (there was traffic jam in the street, noisy car horn). Regardless"Clean hotel", since the hotel using carpet. Little bit dusty around room corner and under the bed.

Unhelpful staff, can't breakfast with sleepers, the room very smelly, nearby red light district of Singapore. If there is minus star I will given this hotel minus 9.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable, near to shopping center. To make it different, there is bidet on the bathroom. I am very happy with that. Staff are very friendly. Good is good. Perfect hotel.

AC didn't work, no soap in the bathroom
