Kangaroo Premier, or best known as Kangaroo Travel, is an intercity passenger transportation service provider owned by PT Kangaroo Lintas Nusantara. Established on 15 February 2005, Kangaroo Travel operates every day to serve the land route of Samarinda – Balikpapan (round-trip), including from and to the airports in both cities. Currently, Kangaroo Travel’s headquarter is located in Perum Balikpapan Baru, Beverly Hills Cluster Blok CD No. 39, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with four pools to support its operational activities. There are 2 pools each in Samarinda and Balikpapan, including at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman International Airport. Kangaroo Travel has the vision to become an excellent land transportation service company and always prioritize safety, service, and trust to its partners as their added values. Kangaroo Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket is only valid for the passenger as written in the ticket.

2. To board the shuttle, passengers have to exchange their Traveloka e-ticket with a paper ticket from Kangaroo Travel at the departure point.

3. Passengers need to show their official identification document (e.g. KTP, SIM) to the Kangaroo Travel staff.

4. Passengers are only allowed to carry 1 baggage and 1 handbag. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.

5. Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

6. Passengers traveling to the airport are advised to select a schedule that departs at least 5 hours before their flight’s check-in time.

7. If arrival time is delayed due to traffic or force majeure, Kangaroo Travel will not be responsible for the replacement of missed flight.

8. If the shuttle is delayed, passengers traveling from Kangaroo Travel Shuttle Point AWS (Jl. Awang Long, Samarinda) and Kangaroo Travel Shuttle Point Sudirman (Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Balikpapan) will get a free-ride voucher that can be used for the next booking. The voucher can be picked up at the Kangaroo Travel pools mentioned above, and is valid for 30 days.

9. If the shuttle is canceled due to operational issues, passengers will be transferred to the nearest available departure with no additional charge.
